Payment Methods

Warranty

Jopanda works on bridging the gap between global brands and local consumers by providing warranty plan that best suit its clients in Jordan.

Jopanda provides:

  • 3 working days manufacturer defects, errors warranty on all products
  • 1 Year manufacturer defects, errors warranty on PC parts (CPU, Motherboard, GPU, HDD, SSD, RAM, PSU, Printer, Laptop, Tablet, Monitor).

If your case is approved, you will get the option to exchange your defected item with a brand new product or get a Jopanda credit.

Terms:

*You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase for the defected item.
*Exchanges will be calculated in today’s price.

Shipping

Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your defected item.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:

  • Wear and tear associated with normal use.
  • Any modification, abuse, accident, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repair.
  • Missing, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label.
  • Any improper operation, including any use not in accordance with any supplied product instructions.
  • Connection to any improper voltage supply.
  • Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship.

*Manufacturer warranty is a matter between the manufacturers and the consumers Jopanda is not responsible for any warranty or guarantee provided or stated by the manufacturers.

Exchange Policy

Jopanda cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened. Before opening each product, Customer shall check the packaging and label(s) carefully to be sure that Customer received the correct product and version. If the product’s original packaging and seal is still intact, Customer may return the product to us within two days from the date of purchase for an exchange (excluding shipping charges). Return shipping to Jopanda is at Customer’s own expense.

Returned item/s can be exchanged for another product or their value can be credited to the customer’s account for future purchases.

Jopanda reserves the right to refuse any return without additional explanation.

Items not Eligible

Digital / virtual products are not eligible for returns. 

Changes: Pricing, Availability, And Offers

Due to the fast-moving nature of the computing industry, prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. Jopanda reserves the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising. Product and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment. If Customer has ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, Jopanda shall hold Customer’s order and inform Customer of the increase.

Payment Methods

*Jopanda holds the right refuse any payment method except without additional explanation or prior notice.

*Jopanda will not accept any foreign currencies.
